Terms and Condition:
1. Rates are valid for two (2) adults per villa
2. Check-in time 14.00, check-out time 12.00 WITA
3. Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
4. In order to guarantee reservations we must receive a completed credit card charge authorization form or a deposit equivalent to a minimum one night accommodation or as advised for promotional and group rates.
5. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
6. Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation received within 3 days (for low season) and 7 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge or as advised for promotional and group rates.
- Any cancellation received less than 3 days (for low season) and received less than 7 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved or as advised for promotional and group rates.
- Any cancellation received within 21 days (for peak season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge.
- Any cancellation received less than 21 days (for peak season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire reservation.
- Any reservation during Peak Season period (20 Dec – 7 Jan) is subject for a non refundable deposit 14 days prior to arrival at equivalent amount of 50% from the entire reservation.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no show and early check out are subject to 100% of the entire reservation.
